Sports Massage and Fascial Stretching

Our sports massage and stretching sessions are designed to help you maximize your performance, as well as prevent and relieve injuries and conditions associated with exercise, other strenuous and repetitive activities or accidents. Sports massage can treat a variety of ailments and injuries that may occur as a result of exercise or other activities. The benefits of sports massage and stretching also help you to train and exercise more efficiently.

Meet Michelle -

I am a licensed massage therapist and certified fascial stretch therapist that focuses on releasing tension and bringing healthy flexibility back into the body. I love helping people improve their mobility to advance them in their sport(s) or to allow them to have more freedom in their body for everyday activities. I also understand how debilitating and disruptive pain can be, physically and mentally, from a personal level. I am passionate on helping my clients relieve the pains they are experiencing so they can live the life style they enjoy, pain free.

I have been fortunate to work with people from all walks of life: pro athletes, golfers, ultra runners, desk workers, musicians, weekend warriors, and so many more. My goal has always been the same, help release the pain and/or tension from their bodies so they can feel better all around. I hope I will be able to do the same for you as well.
